About Me

I have worked in mental health for the NHS for more than a decade as an occupational therapist. My experience is broad and diverse and has been gained by working with people who have who have a variety of difficulties. I work both individually and in group settings.

I am a UKCP Psychotherapy Trainee and have completed the taught years of the Transactional Analysis training course, and I am currently working towards the Certified Transactional Analyst qualification.

I am a member of the UK Transactional Analysis Association (UKATA) and the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and adhere to their ethical codes of conduct.
